GENERAL PRACTICE RESIDENCY IN DENTISTRY
Application Procedures
The residency program is highly competitive and continues to attract applicants who have performed well in dental school and in Part I of the National Board of Dental Examiners’ Examination. Therefore, early application is urged.
Step 1 - PASS - The program participates in the Postdoctoral Application Support Service (PASS), an information clearinghouse. Applicants must complete a PASS application by mid-October of the preceding year, so that we can receive your completed application materials from PASS by mid-November. PASS applications may be obtained in any of the following ways:

Step 2 - Additional Application Materials Required - In addition to submitting a PASS application, applicants are required to forward an official copy of their undergraduate college transcript and three letters of recommendation directly to our program. These may be addressed to:
