Rotations - Emergency On Call

Dental residents are scheduled to provide dental coverage in the Department of Emergency Medicine of the Brigham and Women’s Hospital during weeknights, weekends, and holidays. Because residents take call from home, it is required that residents live within a 15-20 minute commute of the hospital. However, a call room with sleeping/showering/entertainment facilities is available to dental residents. An equitable schedule of emergency call coverage is formulated and distributed to residents on the first day of the residency program.
