Participants engage in didactic and clinical learning alongside AGE students, with opportunities to observe patient care and research at the Harvard Dental Center. ## Program requirements and details ### Eligibility expand\_more Applicants must meet the following requirements: - **DDS, DMD, BDS, or equivalent dental degree** from an accredited dental school - **English language proficiency** - **Citizenship, permanent residency, or visa status that allows travel to the United States** for the duration of the program *(Visas are not provided by the program.)* ### Application requirements expand\_more Applicants must submit the following materials\*: - Completed application form - Curriculum vitae (CV) - Academic transcripts - One letter of recommendation - One-page statement of interest - [TOEFL ](/toefl-requirements "TOEFL Requirements")or IELTS scores, if applicable - $150 non-refundable application fee - Participation in an interview with program faculty (virtual or in person) ***\*Applicants will upload these materials and pay the application fee through the online application.*** *All application materials must be submitted in English.* ### Tuition and payment expand\_more Tuition for the **Endodontics Preceptorship Program** is **$15,000**. - Full tuition payment is due **30 days prior to the start of the program** - Housing, travel, meals, and personal expenses are the responsibility of the participant - No refunds are provided for cancellations after the program has started ### Certificate of completion expand\_more Participants who successfully complete the program will receive a Certificate of Completion issued by the Continuing Education Department of the Harvard School of Dental Medicine. This certificate: - Is not equivalent to a postgraduate specialty certificate - Does not represent specialty training recognized by the American Dental Association - Does not qualify participants for specialty recognition in the United States This preceptorship program is not accredited by any national or local accreditation body. ### Health and program information expand\_more Accepted participants must submit **immunization records at least two months before the start of the program** and receive clearance from Occupational Health. This includes exposure to both non-surgical and surgical endodontic procedures.
