Join us to explore how you, as a provider, can offer compassionate, patient-centered care that minimizes harm and prevents the unintentional reinforcement of negative patient experiences.

This first session will feature trauma-informed care frameworks in dentistry.

Sessions will cover topics including:

- The eight trauma-informed care (TIC) principles
- The neurobiology of trauma to identify gaps that may increase trauma reactivity in patients who have experienced interpersonal violence
- Ways to Implement TIC principles into your current patient care
- Hear from a panel of faculty and clinicians and how they incorporate trauma-informed care into their practice
