Dr. Busch is a postdoctoral research fellow in Oral Medicine, Infection, and Immunity at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine (HSDM) and senior attending of oral surgery at the University Clinic Düsseldorf (UKD). Her research focuses on dental education, applied artificial intelligence, and radiographic imaging.

Her clinical practice concentrates on oral surgery and oral pathologies, which she teaches at the predoctoral and graduate levels at UKD and HSDM.

Dr. Busch joined the [Feres Lab ](/feres-laboratory "Feres Laboratory")at HSDM as an advanced research trainee through a fellowship awarded by the Osteology Foundation, followed by 12 months as a research associate. Dr. Busch holds a DMD from Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf and is board certified in oral surgery.
