Program overview

The Harvard School of Dental Medicine’s Digital Implant Dentistry Preceptorship is a full-time summer program for domestically and internationally trained dentists seeking advanced exposure to implant dentistry at the graduate level.

Participants learn alongside Advanced Graduate Education (AGE) students through didactic and clinical experiences led by HSDM faculty. The program also includes observation of clinical care at the Harvard Dental Center and exposure to ongoing research and academic programming across HSDM.

Clinical observations

Participants observe clinical cases performed by Harvard School of Dental Medicine faculty and residents at the Harvard Dental Center. Observational experiences may include implant treatment planning, surgical procedures, prosthetic rehabilitation, and interdisciplinary case discussions.
