Patient records and x-rays are available through our patient portal, by submitting an online request form, or by calling (617) 432-1434.
The Faculty Group Practice offers care by faculty dentists, while the Teaching Practice provides supervised care by dental students at a reduced fee.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and several major dental insurance plans, including Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Delta Dental Premier, MetLife, and UnitedHealthcare.
Please note that the Faculty Group Practice does not participate in MassHealth.

We’re open Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and closed on most major holidays.
Cleanings and exams are generally recommended every six months, but frequency may vary based on individual needs.
We offer flexible self-pay options and reduced fees in our Teaching Practice.
We strive to accommodate urgent needs but recommend calling ahead as same-day slots are limited. Please call 617-432-1434.
Appointment times vary by clinic. In the Faculty Group Practice, appointments are generally quicker, focusing on efficient, expert care. In the Teaching Practice, appointments may take longer to allow thorough, supervised care by dental students, which may involve additional steps and faculty reviews. Initial appointments can take up to 90 minutes for a comprehensive evaluation, depending on the type of care needed.
Bring any recent x-rays, a referral form if applicable, insurance information, and a form of ID.
Yes parking is available in the underground parking at 77 Ave Louis Pasteur, $17 per visit. Bring your ticket for validation. Accessible parking is available upon request.
