Harvard dental students lead effort to address veterans’ oral health
More than 45 veterans and spouses received free dental care at Harvard Dental Center during HSDM’s fourth annual Give Veterans a Smile, supported by 50 volunteers.
Calling all veterans! Save the date for a special day of honor and care at Give Veterans a Smile Day 2025, presented by Harvard School of Dental Medicine and Harvard Dental Center. We will be offering complimentary dental exams, oral cancer screenings, specialty consultations, and more.
Now in its fifth year, this event, organized by HSDM students, aims to bridge the gap in veterans' dental care, ensuring not only immediate treatment but also providing information on long-term care options and community support.
Free parking will be available in the lot to the left of the dental school, or at the parking garage located at 77 Louis Pasteur Avenue. If you have questions, call 617-432-1432.
While reservations are encouraged, walk-ins are also welcome based on availability.
