Navigating Uncertain Times Together

Join HSDM's Office of Human Resources for an in-person interactive workshop presented by Harvard's Center for Workplace Development (CWD): Navigating Uncertain Times Together.

This workshop is an opportunity for HSDM employees at all levels to come together to better understand how our brains respond to uncertainty, to identify practical ways that we can help ourselves and our colleagues manage during these unpredictable times, and to foster a supportive work environment.

During the workshop, you’ll:

• Explore the psychology of uncertainty
• Review strategies to improve your ability to effectively navigate uncertain times
• Discuss approaches for helping each other manage uncertainty together
