Oral Maxillofacial Surgery Residency
The Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency Program is a six-year, fully accredited residency offered by the Division of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Dentistry at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) in affiliation with Harvard School of Dental Medicine. This integrated clinical and didactic curriculum prepares residents for certification by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Residents complete the requirements for the Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree at Harvard Medical School and participate in a total of 16 months of general surgery training as part of their clinical education.

Clinical and educational experience
Residents engage in progressive surgical training and comprehensive oral and maxillofacial surgery (OMFS) clinical care, under the mentorship of experienced faculty.
