Zachary S. Peacock

Dr. Zachary Peacock is a pediatric oral and maxillofacial surgeon specializing in orthognathic surgery, pediatric obstructive sleep apnea, cleft lip and palate, and dentoalveolar surgery, including dental implants. His research focuses on orthognathic surgery and the treatment of benign pathology of the maxillofacial region. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

Peacock completed his undergraduate studies at Michigan State University before earning his DMD from the Harvard School of Dental Medicine, where he graduated summa cum laude and ranked first in his class. He then earned his MD and completed residency training in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the University of California, San Francisco, followed by a fellowship in Pediatric Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Mass General.

Peacock is chief of the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Mass General and chair of the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Harvard School of Dental Medicine. He also serves as co-director of the Cleft and Craniofacial Center at Mass General for Children and Shriners Children's Boston.
