Yes! We’ll determine what kind of provider (student, resident, or faculty) is best for you at your screening.

• Oral Diagnosis (OD) screening (15–30 mins): A Harvard faculty member will review your health history, perform a brief exam (no cleaning or treatment), and take or review x-rays.
• New Patient Intake (3–4 hours): If the Teaching Practice is right for you, your second visit will include a full oral exam by a student and review by faculty.

We encourage you to keep personal items with you at all times. For the safety of everyone, substances, weapons, and other potentially harmful items are not permitted on the premises.

Children accompanying a patient must remain under adult supervision at all times. For safety reasons, our staff are unable to care for children during appointments.

Only trained service animals are permitted at the Harvard Dental Center. Emotional support animals and pets are not allowed.

The use of tobacco products, e-cigarettes, and vaping devices is not allowed anywhere inside the Harvard Dental Center.

Payment is due at the time of service. If you're in-network, we’ll bill your insurance. If you're out-of-network, you’ll need to pay in full and submit for reimbursement.
